When I am discussing with someone in English online, like e-mail or chat, I somtime run into an argument, which have been heated upo from oridinary conversation.
At that time I somtimes want to make an arbitration, though, I cannot follow up the argument because their exhange of words are so rapid.
I felt and ashamed in such situation.
Maybe I need more time to improve my English skill to such a level.
